This centrally located holiday home is located a short stroll to the clear waters of Shoal Bay and all that Shoal Bay has to offer.
This holiday home is beautifully furnished with the views to the serene outlook available from most of the rooms. The amazing Queensland room has a recently renovated deck and is the entertainers delight backing on to the tranquil backyard. A large attraction for the holiday with pull down fly screens from top to floor, is equipped with a outdoor lounge, outdoor dining and gas barbeque. It is partly covered for your protection, or alternatively you can enjoy the warmth of the sunlight during winter in the area that is uncovered.
The home is perfect for families, friends and small children. Offering 4 bedrooms, the main bedroom has a Queen bed, brand new ensuite, a built-in robe and access to the rear deck. The second bedroom has a queen bed, built in robe and access to the deck. The third bedroom has two single beds and door access to the deck and the fourth bedroom is a queen bed and situated to the front of the home. Each of the bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans.
The home has two recently renovated bathrooms and a large kitchen to accommodate all your culinary needs. There is FREE WIFI available throughout the property. The kitchen leads to the Queensland room, which makes access to utensils and requirements very easy when utilising the outdoor room.
The fully fenced yard is ideal for children or pets and provides a lovely leafy outlook which adds to the ambiance of the location. Please note this house welcomes small to medium sized dogs who are to be kept outside.
Air conditioning in the lounge, main bedroom, and lounge/dining area will provide comfort during the warm or colder weather. The laundry is equipped with a Washing Machine & Dryer and has external access in the backyard. The single lock up garage is available for your use with extra parking in front. There are definitely smoke alarms at this property.
A short walk to the beach provides an appealing feature to this great holiday home.

Great Position.
Great spot. Only 10minute walk to the beach. Great to entertain.
The biggest issue is the wifi is terrible and never works.

House was great
The house was everything we needed- great position too. Only massive downfall was the poor communication with the realestate agent, and the having to spend $35 in taxi fairs to collect the keys (some of them anyway) from some freight storage container out of town- difficult to access, and would have been better if the keys to wire door were there too- instead many calls back and forth to realestate agent, to finally, after all of us standing out in the cold, being able to get in. Having to drop the keys back to the fright container at 4.40am on our way back to the airport was actually pretty poor too.
The house is terrific, the owners just need to
have a word with the agents- they were the
only issue with this trip

Very comfortable holiday house
Very impressed with this comfy 4 bedroom holiday house, great enclosed outside entertainer room with comfy lounges plus bbq, also lots supplied in house for guests comfort, very nice decor & clean throuhout, big TV, good kitchen everything one needs supplied, great Nespresso coffee macine with pods but only concern the omega oven bit
complicated to turn on & off, linen supplied (make up own beds but not a problem) books, DVd's & games, highlight daily feeding of lorrikeets, seeds supplied, close 6 minute walk to Shoal Bay Beach, country club & shops, was a great week.

A great place to stay
We had a great stay with 2 small children and 2 small dogs. We also had a small family visit for a few nights and the house easily accommodated. The outdoor area is fantastic for Summer mornings and afternoons, and the short walk to Shoal Bay beach is perfect. Great kitchen with excellent appliances made cooking a breeze. Very clean and well maintained property, we will definitely consider coming back.

Absolutely everything!!
This property is all you could ask for if you have 4 legged fur babies. I had taken my own dog beds, BUT they preferred the ones that were already there!! The backyard is very secure for smaller breeds. The house is stocked with EVERYTHING, I usually take sharp knife, veg. peeler, oven trays etc, but it was all there, absolutely everything. My only concern is lack of A/C in front bedroom as it gets very hot as the afternoon sun comes from that direction, even with blinds closed and not enough lounges for the amount of people catered for.
Will definately be putting 5 Victor Ave, Shoal Bay on our return list. Thank you

A great family holiday house
We really enjoyed staying at the property . It had everything we needed for a family holiday especially with a dog . The enclosed yard was excellent . We especially liked the Queensland room . It was perfect for entertaining. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed except a bbq lighter . The bbq ignition didn’t work so it was definitely necessary.

Perfect property for all the family
The property provided everything we needed for an enjoyable family holiday.large enclosed outdoor area for the children2 separate sitting areas for a quite read for the adults and a large enclosed garden for our 3 dogs.large well equipped kitchen. Walking distance to beach.
