The Brooklet Villas are a perfect combination of 3 one-bedroom and 3 two-bedroom luxury Villas, architecturally designed to reside effortlessly within the landscape. Each Villa takes in the vast hinterland views, sunrises, sunsets, the night sky and the stillness of nature.

The exteriors have been thoughtfully designed to reflect the natural surroundings, using a blend of shou sugi ban cladding, recycled bricks, glass, stone and wood. The opulent interiors have been designed by renowned interior designer, Amanda Luckmann of Caravan Interiors where she expresses sophisticated and flawless design with solid oak floors, high ceilings, expansive glass windows and doors allowing the hinterland views to flow inside. Each bedroom has a private bathroom with handmade ceramic tiles, filtered rainwater showers and a free-standing bath overlooking the rolling countryside. All coming together in a symphony of luxurious furnishings, bed linens, soft subtle lighting, colours and textures.

Each Villa has an indoor gas fireplace and outdoor wood fireplace creating warmth and a place to gather during the cooler months. Summer breezes and air conditioning cool things down during the warmer months where you can dine outside on the private balcony overlooking the hinterland. Watching the sun go down and the stars come up, creating the feeling of 'sitting with nature'.

The owners of The Brooklet love cooking and sharing with family and friends, therefore including a beautifully designed and functional kitchen in each Villa was paramount with everything you need to create a simple meal or a feast. The Brooklet 'little bar' allows you to arrive and open a good bottle of wine or pour a gin and tonic with local cheeses and fine meats from the fridge, so you just arrive and start relaxing and slowly unwind.

Every detail has been considered with a private laundry and parking right outside the front door.

While staying at The Brooklet, your 'backyard' is never ending, take a short one minute walk through the field to the 25-metre tiled heated mineral pool where you feel like you are floating in nature, soak in the magnesium hot tub, work out in the gymnasium, use the infrared sauna and ice bath or have a game of tennis on our championship tennis court. If you are feeling more adventurous you can take a walk around The Brooklet walking trails, down to the waterhole to visit the cows or up to the highest point of the estate, where you can take in the breathtaking views and spectacular sunsets. Here is where you will feel the energy of the land, something that only nature can create.
