The Bails is the beautifully renovated dairy bails, which is located near the original farmhouse, perched on the hill overlooking the vast Byron Bay hinterland. The Bails is surrounded by grand old fig trees where you can imagine sleepy, gentle cows resting in the shade, out of the midday sun. The interiors and furnishings have been gathered over many years of travel, sourced from local antique shops, artists and original materials from the dairy bails have been recycled, creating a sense of belonging and nostalgia, a perfectly harmonious space where you can immerse yourself in the stillness of nature, and breathe the country air.

The Bails comfortably sleeps 6 guests and is perfect for couples who want to get away and share time together.
The Bails has 3 spacious king bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a free-standing bath, filtered rainwater showers and separate guest toilet. The open plan living creates a perfect balance and use of space with a large country style open plan kitchen and handmade wooden dining table, which then flows into a spacious, comfortable loungeroom with a warm chocolate leather chesterfield lounge, wood fireplace and plush velvet chairs, perfect to settle into for the afternoon with a good book and cup of tea.

The Bails has a private mineral pool overlooking the hinterland, sweeping decks, outdoor furniture and BBQ, allowing guests to gather outdoors and soak in the sunset with a glass of wine or afternoon cocktail.
There are many special touches that create the luxurious feel in The Bails from the cookbooks in the kitchen, local coffee and tea in the cupboard, handmade candles, soft linen cushions and organic bath salts ready to pour into a warm bath and soak the hours away.

While staying at The Brooklet, your 'backyard' is never ending, take a short one minute walk through the field to the 25-metre tiled heated mineral pool where you feel like you are floating in nature, soak in the magnesium hot tub, work out in the gymnasium, use the infrared sauna and ice bath or have a game of tennis on our championship tennis court. If you are feeling more adventurous you can take a walk around The Brooklet walking trails, down to the waterhole to visit the cows or up to the highest point of the estate, where you can take in the breathtaking views and spectacular sunsets. Here is where you will feel the energy of the land, something that only nature can create.
