Sleeping up to 6 guests with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one ensuite) Sans Souci appeals equally to couples, families, solo travellers and friends, looking to escape the everyday hustle bustle, enjoy life’s simple pleasures, and reconnect with nature. The soul stirring salt water and bushland setting create a sense of serenity and calm upon arrival, beckoning you to slow down, breathe, and switch to a lower gear.

You will be amazed by the transformation the owners have done with the property and all the features this stunning holiday home has to offer. The house is fully equipped, from the spacious bedrooms to the outdoor facilities. Enjoy days spent outdoors in the beautiful backyard with your loved ones or indulge in the BBQ area and firepit under the stars for a perfect evening of entertainment.

Enjoy the beautiful ocean air with large concertina doors on both the front and back living spaces allowing the natural flow of air and gives you the true coastal living experience.

Thinking of adventuring the area?
The historic Milton township which is approximately 20 mins drive has many places for a day out and many beautiful cafes and restaurants with a wide variety for you all to enjoy. The local IGA is also located in Milton with a great selection of local produce as well as a bottle shop. There are many gift and boutique clothing shops for that something special to remind you of your great holiday on the South Coast.

Ulladulla which is a further 7 minutes south of Milton has a large variety of supermarkets, K Hub, Best and Less as well as the picture theatre and the Dunn and Lewis Centre for 10 Pin bowling and other activities. The harbour of Ulladulla also has a boat ramp and is great to sit and have lunch or let the kids have a paddle in the water.

Walking tracks!
Are you in to bush walking? Pigeon House Mountain Didthul walking track is one of the best walks in Morton National Park and on the south coast. The walk is in the park’s southern section the terrific views making this walk worthwhile!
You’ll hike through forest, heathland and age-old sandstone before coming to the best part – negotiating a series of ladders that lead you to the summit and the view.
Take in the captivating sight of cliffs and gorges within the Budawang Wilderness, all carved by the Clyde River. On clear days, you may be able to see as far as Jervis Bay and Bermagui. You might even spot a lyrebird along the final portion of the track, where you can also check out rare Pigeon House Ash eucalypts.

Beaches!
Green Island at Cunjurong Point is a classic surfing spot with waves giving up to 50 metre rides with the occasional barrel in the right conditions. Cunjurong Point has a wide variety of beaches such as Washer Woman's beach, Manyana beach Cunjurong beach and Inyadda beach. Or visit Mollymook Beach which is patrolled during the summer holidays, as well as the beautiful Narrawallee beach. Also around the area we have many beautiful lakes which are great for Kayaking, SUP or even launching the boat. These being Burrill Lake, Lake Conjola, Berringer Lake and Narrawallee Inlet. There is an unexplainable amount of different activities in the area one day is not enough!
