Quarterdeck is centrally located, just 200m from Nelson Bay Beach for calm water swimming, picnics and BBQ's. Pack your snorkels and check out the underwater life at Fly Point Aquatic Reserve at the northern end of the beach, or follow along the foreshore 500m in the opposite direction to the marina, Splash waterpark for kids and Nelson Bay's shops, cafes and restaurants.
This first floor unit is north-facing towards the sparkling water, with a level entry from the street (no stairs) and uninterrupted views out across the Bay – watch the boats pass by from your balcony! There is a living area with a ceiling fan, sofa bed, flat screen TV and a DVD player, a dining area and a kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, oven and cooktop. There are 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with 2 single beds, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Guests have access to an external, coin-operated laundry with a washer and dryer, and secure parking is available in a single lock up garage.

Stayed there for a few years.Price very expensive compared to better accomodation in Nelson Bay.
Room no fan, no aircon it was hot. Coacroaches in the living room.For this price too expensive,need improvement.

Thank you for your review, although I am a little confused as to why you keep coming back to the property if you are not happy with the place. This is an extremely affordable unit with spectacular water views in a prime location of Nelson bay. It is basic but comfortable. It certainly does have ceiling fans in both living area and bedroom.

Oh the views!
The views were second to none. Breakfast at the dining table or out on the balcony was absolute bliss. And an evening drink watching the sun set was heaven.
Close to beaches shops and other attractions
The place itself is quite dated. Kitchen is fine but bathroom hasn't had an upgrade since the 70s. Carpets definitely need to be changed too

Nice view
The place was absolutely disgusting.Not even a decent cooking pot was available. I had to ask for 1.

Beautifully arranged clean apartment with an absolutely stunning view of the Nelson Bay. View of the sunset was amazing. Will surely come back next year.

Awesome
Your place has a great location. Awesome veiws from the front deck. About a 10min walk to the marina for any able bodied person. A few steps and hills if your not fit. The rooms where great. Mattress very comfortable. Shower pressure fantastic. Plenty of space to stretch out in the lounge room or have people over.
A bit of noise from upstairs rooms from chairs and people dropping things. Also if children are crying but not that this really bothered us.
Excellent value for money as we went in April. Not sure if prices will change over Xmas.
Lots of utensils pots and pans but if you like a sharp knife bring your own like i did.
All in all we will choose this room again if we come back.

Wonderful view. Convenient location.
Love the view. The garage is on the same level as the apartment so it very easy to bring in luggage and supplies. Kitchen well equipped. Furniture could do with some updating especially the sofa. Will definitely consider this place for next time.

Clean and great location
Perfect clean apartment for family with 2 kids, easy walk to the beach , amazing view. Kitchen is fully equipped. The only downside - no key to access to the laundry and Realestste was unable to provide one, kind neighbor helped to unlock the door but it was an inconvenience.

My review
The property has an excellent location with a nice view but the apartment wasn't very clean and there wasn't any shampoo or new hand soap or tea and coffee so we had to buy them from Wollies. There was 1 half toilet roll in the bathroom. I wasn't happy with the cleanness or the furniture.
