This completely separate, stunning house is located on the ground level of the family home, only a four minute drive to local beaches, and close proximity to Moturoa Shopping Centre with over 20 stores, cafes and amenities. The owners have created the perfect space for guests to enjoy. A light, bright and modern living area that opens out to a sunny private patio to relax and enjoy a glass of wine.

The Master Bedroom has a comfortable queen bed and great indoor/outdoor flow. A generously sized bathroom and a well equipped kitchen for your holiday cooking needs.

Port View Paradise offers convenient access to central New Plymouth, where you can explore a variety of attractions just a short distance away. Immerse yourself in the vibrant arts scene at the Govett-Brewster Art Gallery, or take a leisurely stroll through Pukekura Park and admire its lush gardens and picturesque lakes. Please Note The Cleaning Fee: All linen & towels are provided by a commercial linen company and are professionally laundered. Properties have been cleaned prior to guests arrival to meet the Ministry of Health commercial cleaning standards. A part end of stay cleaning service is included. This covers the cleaning of bathrooms, mopping, and rubbish removal. Guests are required to leave the property in a tidy and clean state all dishes are washed/the dishwasher loaded and turned on prior to departure.

All Bach Break properties come well equipped with cooking oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, milk, cleaning products, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, liquid hand soap, and body wash.
