On your arrival at Ocean's Kiss you will be taken aback by the breathtaking and uninterrupted views of Mollymook Beach. You will instantly feel like you are on holidays! You will be drawn to the large front balcony which is the perfect spot for that morning coffee or afternoon cocktail whilst soaking up the sun, the panoramic ocean views and enjoying the cool ocean breeze.
Keep a look out for the dolphins surfing the waves and you are sure to see a whale or two during whale watching season (late April - August when they head north and on their way back south around September to November)
The house has a relaxed beach-house vibe and everything you need for an unforgettable beach holiday. Two storey, with all rooms including the kitchen and lounge are upstairs, the laundry is downstairs, as is the carport which can house 1 car only.
The house is light and airy and includes tv and dvd, Radio etc however there are no mod cons with this property. Ocean's Kiss is the ideal location to get away from the hustle and bustle, and experience all that Mollymook and the South Coast has to offer.
If you feel like dining out after a day at the beach, Bannisters Pavilion is only minutes walk away. The Rooftop Bar & Grill is the perfect spot for a casual dinner and a cocktail or two. For something extra special visit world renowned chef,Rick Stein's restaurant at Bannisters Mollymook. Perched high up on a breathtaking sweep of South Coast Headland you can experience incredible seafood freshly caught and simply prepared - the hallmark of a Rick Stein kitchen(just 5 minutes drive).
Ulladulla and its picturesque harbour full of restaurants, cafes and boutiques is only a short drive away and the historic township of Milton is less than 10 minutes drive.
Please be aware that linen is not provided and you will need to bring your own sheets, towels and personal items. All pillows, quilts and covers are provided with all bookings. We can give you the names of linen services in the area that can supply all your linen if required.

This property caters for couples and families. No parties or large group bookings are permitted. Failure to comply will lead to loss of security deposit and/or immediate termination.
Please note that we do require a security bond for this property. This pre-authorisation is placed on your card the day before your arrival and is held for 7 days.
Bella Coastal Property has a strict no party policy. All guests must be over the age of 21 when booking this property, or accompanied by a parent/guardian.
The property is self-contained however it is not serviced. Linen is not supplied, please bring your own or linen hire can be arranged by contacting our office.
Please note this property is not fenced however does accept pets on application.
Guests are required to bring all personal and pantry items.
