At the end of the day, your alfresco dining choices are covered - enjoy a BBQ cooked on the Weber or the conventional gas BBQ or whip up a pizza in the beautiful Italian Pizza oven on the back deck. There is a wide selection of board games, a Games Console with plenty of games and DVDs that can be used downstairs in the 4th bedroom/2nd living room ensuring peace and quiet upstairs. The open plan kitchen, dining and living area has reverse cycle heating/air conditioning plus a wood fire for the colder nights. The extremely well equipped kitchen will make cooking a breeze and no need to head out for coffee as a coffee machine is available for your use.

The spacious master bedroom upstairs has king bed, wall mounted flat screen TV, luxurious ensuite and ocean views with functional adjoining home office.

The 2nd bedroom downstairs has a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has a double bed and additional king single. The 4th bedroom has 2 King single beds and one single bed, a sofa, and TV with DVD player and Wii Games Console.

Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.

All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.
