This stunning home brings warmth and a sense of tranquility as soon as you arrive.

This luxuriously appointed home offers 3 bedrooms with the addition of a studio consisting of a living area, kitchenette and ensuite. The main house also has a fully equipped kitchen and two living spaces and a large outdoor dining area. This home is perfect all year round with overhead fans and a fireplace, making this home well thought out for summer and winter living.

Relax by the fire pit and BBQ area of an afternoon in the fully fenced back yard.

Narrawallee Beach is a popular spot for learning to surf, or for trying your hand at stand up paddle boarding. The calm waters of Narrawallee inlet make it a perfect spot for families.
The southern end often has long breaking waves. The northern end has a great playground and barbecue area.

The playground and barbecue area includes accessible and picnic table and toilets within 10 metres of the carpark. There is also a boat ramp (gravel ramp for light boats) situated in Normandy Street into the inlet.

Narrawallee is located just to the north of Ulladulla and close to the township of Mollymook.
The property is all within close proximity to Mollymook Beach, Mollymook Beach Bowling Club, Mollymook Golf Club, Mollymook Fresh Supermarket, Rick Stein at Bannisters, Bannisters Pavilion.

Please note this property is self contained but not serviced. Everyday items including pantry items and personal items are not provided.

This property caters for couples and families. No parties or large group bookings are permitted. Failure to comply will lead to loss of security deposit and/or immediate termination. Please also note that this property is STRICTLY no smoking inside of the premises.

Please note that all off our properties require a Pre-Authorisation form completed prior to arrival. This will be emailed to you.


Bella Coastal Property has a strict NO PARTY POLICY. All guests must be OVER the age of 21 when booking this property, or accompanied by a parent/guardian.

The property is self-contained however it is not serviced. Linen is supplied, please bring your own beach towels and all personal items.
