This recently renovated three bedroom, two bathroom, townhouse in beautiful Little Cove, provides the perfect relaxing holiday destination conveniently close to beautiful Little Cove and Main Beach as well as iconic Hastings Street's fantastic restaurants and boutique shopping.

Townhouse 12 is a spacious two storey living space designed to encompass comfort, style and convenience providing a peaceful sunny north east aspect leafy outlook to enhance your enjoyment of everything that Noosa has to offer.

The townhouse provides several private alfresco paved entertaining areas complemented by the surrounding acre of landscaped grounds complete with a lovely communal pool and a gas barbecue area available for all guests to enjoy.

Guests have the choice of multiple outdoor dining areas, sun loungers, couch and chairs to relax and soak up the gorgeous ambience.

Step inside this special place and enjoy the open plan tiled kitchen, dining and lounge area which flows directly onto one of the many outdoor entertaining areas.

Relax in the award winning King Living furniture lounges and chairs to view your favourite show on the Smart TV/DVD player, browse through the free internet access or just soak up the views to outside.

Enjoy creating your own culinary delights in the fully equipped kitchen complete with Caesar stone bench tops, Bosch European appliances including electric cook top, oven, microwave and dishwasher.

Continue upstairs to enjoy the three spacious air-conditioned bedrooms.

For your comfort there are queen size beds with plush mattresses in bedroom 1 and 2, with a double bed in bedroom 3 and custom made wardrobes.

A large balcony completes the Master Bedroom with your own seating and shade screen to enjoy more views of the beautiful surrounds.

Townhouse 12 features include:
- Two spacious bathrooms with showers are located both upstairs and downstairs for your convenience.

- A single lockup garage with automated door as well as a private car space adjacent to the unit.

Our properties are fully self-contained. Linen and bath towels are supplied with beds made up along with a starter kit of tea, coffee, sugar, milk, toilet paper and detergents to get you through your first night. Additional supplies may then be purchased from local supermarkets nearby. Please remember to bring your beach towel.

A reminder that check out is no later than 10 am and check in not before 2.00 pm.

This property has been upgraded to interconnected smoke alarms.

Unit 12 little cove townhouses best location in Noosa

We have stayed in unit 12 many times and it is a lovely experience each time
The place is well equipped and comfortable
We are 30 meters from the national park and 200 meters from the beach and wake up to the sound of birds

If you cancel your accommodation the following policies apply:

  1. Up to 30 days prior to check in – Loss of 50% of full accommodation plus the booking fee.
  2. Within 30 days of arrival – Loss of full accommodation cost plus booking fee.

If you shorten your stay, the unused portion of your rental is not refundable.

  1. Any bookings made via an online travel agency, for example but not limited to, Stayz, Booking.com, Airbnb or any other booking provider will be subject to that other provider’s terms and conditions in addition to these Terms and Conditions as applicable. If you cancel any booking made through Stayz, Booking.com, Airbnb or any other booking provider you may be required to pay further fees to those providers pursuant to their cancellation policy.
  2. Any costs imposed by any other provider are in addition to any costs imposed by Alloggio Management.
  3. Please be aware, from time to time, bookings made via an online travel agency, may appear to be confirmed by the online travel agency however are not confirmed with alloggio management due to the online travel agencies inconsistent syncionisation with a channel manager, in this case you – the guest will have to communicate directly with the online travel agency to seek further accommodation. Alloggio Management will endeavour to aid however alloggio management cannot step in between you-the guest and the online travel agent. You will need to find alternative accommodation.
