As soon as you step inside this lovely modern cottage you will be delighted with your accommodation choice. The open-plan living area is the perfect space for relaxation.The kitchen is well-equipped for all your cooking needs. Two quality bedrooms, the master with a comfortable king bed for a great nights sleep and the second bedroom has a king single bed with an additional trundler bed underneath. For added convenience, the internal laundry comes with a washing machine, and there's a clothesline in the yard for sun-drying.

Additional features include Unlimited WIFI, TV and good off-street parking.

Please Note The Cleaning Fee: All linen & towels are provided by a commercial linen company and are professionally laundered. Properties have been cleaned prior to guests arrival to meet the Ministry of Health commercial cleaning standards. A part end of stay cleaning service is included. This covers the cleaning of bathrooms, mopping and rubbish removal. Guests are required to leave the property in a tidy and clean state all dishes are washed/the dishwasher loaded and turned on prior to departure.

All Bach Break properties come well equipped with cooking oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, milk, cleaning products, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, liquid hand soap and body wash.
