Two-story contemporary beachside-style property, with privacy and class! This superb four-bedroom home with glimpses of the bay is only walking distance to both the front and ocean beaches, along with the sailing club.
Featuring north-facing decks and balconies, a sparkling in-ground pool and self-contained living areas on each level, this carefully planned residence is the perfect holiday retreat with loads of space for guests.
The spectacular main living area includes a gas log fire for winter ambiance, room to lounge and dine and doors that flow out to the wide balcony where there are several outdoor areas, including one next to the Master bedroom, both offering spots to sit and talk or share a drink.
The sensational kitchen includes Jarrah and Beech cabinetry, granite benchtops, Smeg stainless steel appliances, and an adjoining bar or servery area with a wall-mounted drinks fridge with glass doors, while the downstairs living area has a second kitchen and doors that open to the pool terrace.
The home also features a heated outdoor in-ground swimming pool, split system air conditioning, ceiling fans in all bedrooms, Foxtel, surround sound system, Wifi, and a carport.

The beauty of Diamond View is that there are many places to find solitude. There are many living zones both inside and out that make this property not only exceptional but perfect for a large family or perhaps a couple of families who like to holiday together. In fact, two families could live almost remotely from each other. On both levels, you will find a kitchen, living room, and 2 bedrooms and bathrooms. The alfresco area also offers a glimpse of the bay and passing ships. The kitchen is fantastic as it combines all the modern elements to make food preparation easy and it also lends itself to entertaining. There is a fabulous black granite benchtop that acts as a bar and encourages people to socialize while cooking up a storm. The commercial bar fridge also helps. Diamond View can not be understated and would suit the absolute astute and discerning guest!

Bedroom 1 - the Master suite is gorgeous, be quick to claim this room! Includes a large King size bed, an oversized ensuite, large TV, and direct access to the alfresco lounge - this would give you little reason to leave the room!

Both bedrooms have access to an enormous central bathroom, with a spa bath and separate powder room. The advantage of this level also is, it has direct access to the pool surrounded by beautiful sandstone.
* An additional person only can be accommodated on the sofa bed in the downstairs living area along with another on an additional trundle bed for an additional charge of $50 per extra person, per night, allowing the property to sleep up to 10 people in total upon request*

Do you need a getaway from the same scenery, well , stay a while at Diamond View. Wake up to the birds singing, walk into Sorrento for your morning coffee, return to Diamond view to lay by the pool. Take an afternoon walk to the coastal beaches and national park. The amenities of the home are complete. If you love to cook, the kitchen, you will not be disappointed.

LITTLE DISAPPOINTING
Reading all the reviews I couldnt wait. Found the place to be very underwelming. Pool and spa were not heated when we arrived took 6 hours for pool and 2 for spa and you couldn't heat both at the same time. Outdoor furniture needs updating. Old and weathered. Grandkids all got splinters from decking which needs attending too.Foxtel great but no Movie Channel. Needed it especially with bad weather. Overall tired and certainly needs updating.

The space was amazing!
Fantastic place for extended families or friends to enjoy being together but not on top of each other. Zoned living on different levels with generously proportioned and stylish living spaces. The pool was perfect!
We had a great stay, the house was really well equipped and the pool was perfect. It was nicely heated and extremely private. There was a lovely local produce hamper waiting for us when we arrived, communication was great and everything catered for. Would highly recommend.

What a fantastic house - couldn't recommend it more highly. From the beautiful open plan living/dining/kitchen area to the amazing deck and very well used spa - the whole house was incredibly liveable. Will definitely return on our next weekend away.
