The stunning living, dining and kitchen area, overlooks the beautiful gardens and anchors the open plan living with a private deck at the entrance. The home offers contemporary and modern furnishings throughout, complete with 2 comfortable leather lounges positioned around a smart TV with Netflix, dining table for 8 guests, timber floorboards, reverse cycle air-conditioning unit, plantation shutters, and all the latest appliances.
For those guests wanting their own space, the garage has been cleverly converted into an additional entertainment room. This fantastic zone will certainly impress the young and old at heart! Complete with Table Tennis Table, Pool Table, Foosball Soccer Table, and Air Hockey Table. Absolutely perfect for keeping kids entertained for hours, decorated with comfy chairs, games, toys, bar fridge, and an amazing colourful mural that just sets the mood to chill out and have fun! On a sunny day, you can even pop outside and enjoy a game of Croquet or Bocce on the lawn.

Absolutely beautifully presented home!
Absolutely beautifully presented home that was surrounded by gorgeous tranquil gardens. Unfortunately the weather let us down for our weekend getaway, however there was so much to enjoy at the property, with the spa amazing games room and a few drives into local Portsea and Sorrento along the beautiful foreshore of the peninsula We would love to return in the warmer months ahead and HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

AMAZING EXOTIC RETREAT
Umar\r\nWe stayed at this property for six nights and had the best time relaxing time! There were lots of activities for children and adults. The games room is exceptional, there is plenty of lawn games to enjoy and they even supplied colouring pencils, books, board games and DVD\'s. We particularly enjoyed our time in the pool and the spa. We will be back again.

General issues
This is our 2nd year in a row staying here both times we\'ve found that the house sleeps 7 ppl but if you all want to watch a movie there\'s not enough couches seating for everyone \r\nThe other issue we find is the palms and the agarve plants are too overgrown up the path to the front door especially on the corner before the steps to the deck and that\'s without even trying to bring our bags up , nearly impossible with luggage

My family & I stayed at this beautiful spot - it has everything we wanted, great coffee machine + pods, smart TV, pool, hot tub, amazing shower, etc...\r\nAmazing location, amazing decor - everything was designed and decorated to perfection, not a spot of wasted space.\r\nJust one of the best places on the Mornington Peninsular to visit.

Tropical Oasis
I hired this house for the weekend and could not have been happier! It is amazing!! The backyard and pool area including spa and BBQ are unbelievable!! So private, quiet and all the extras like pool toys an extra towels were great. The games room was awesome as well, catering for young children through to adults.

Wonderful property, excellent facilities!
Wonderful property, excellent facilities and very close to everything we needed. The house was clean, tidy and a lot of thought has been put into ensuring guests have everything they need. The pool and grounds were a tropical oasis. Booking process straight forward and easy, and the late check out option was a great end to our stay. Would definitely recommend.

A beautiful stylish home, with everything you need for a wonderful relaxing stay! The house was was sparkling clean, the garden's tropical and lush with great outdoor areas for the family to enjoy. Absolutely amazing. Such a beautiful and tidy house with everything you could ever need for a perfect holiday. It is like your own resort and there is so much to do. Pool, spa and games room were incredible. All the ladies at Verve were extremely friendly and helpful and anything we needed was accommodated for.

Beautiful tranquil surroundings!
Such a great house to spend time with the people you love. From relaxing on the back verandah to chilling in the jacuzzi, you did not need to leave. Definitely recommended for anyone wanting to switch off and be surrounded by the beautiful, tranquil surroundings. Totally relaxed!!

Beautiful space! We stayed as a family of 6 with a toddler and a newborn. Everything was just perfect. Lots to do even though the weather was average. We still made the most of the games room and spa.

Wonderfully appointed and renovated property!
This property had every little detail covered. The grounds and property we found were in pristine condition. The pool, spa and games room were a huge hit with our son !! Even with rainy weather across the weekend there was plenty to do. We will be back!

Best relaxing getaway
We hired the place in april for 3 days it was spotless everything nice and clean the spa is magnificent no need to pack any extras they had every single thing from cutlery to foil , so organized and clean even in the garage they had games for all ages all u need to get is ur clothes we had a blast and it\'s a must at least once a year

Amazing retreat of relaxation
My husband, 3 kids and myself stayed at this property for 2 nights and all had the best time! The place caters for children completely, the games room is awesome, there\'s plenty of lawn games to enjoy and they even supplied colouring pencils, books, board games and DVD\'s!\r\n\r\nThe pool caters for all ages and again, pool toys are supplied.\r\n\r\nWe will definitely be back again!

You don't need to leave!
The house is sparkling clean and the property has so much to do there you don't need to leave! The outdoor area is great, we thoroughly enjoyed lounging by the pool all weekend.Verve even allowed us a late check out on the Sunday which meant we got even more time at the house which we used happily. Thanks again for a great stay!
