In this quiet cul-de-sac, the idyllic bush outlook and sound of the nearby ocean all contribute to the relaxed vibe for this great family home. Freshly painted and with a recent upgrade, guests will appreciate the comfort of new furniture and window coverings.

The house has ducted air-conditioning and a great open layout that flows to the back entertainment deck.

Settle back on the plush seating in the lounge room in front of the big screen Smart TV with chrome cast, WiFi and a DVD player, before sitting down together for meals at the 6-seater dining table. The fully equipped kitchen connects to the dining area and features a dishwasher, oven, cooktop, microwave, full sized fridge/freezer, coffee machine and a breakfast bench with stools for 2 people to sit and chat over meal prep.

Out the back, leisurely afternoons await. Kick back on the cosy couches on the covered entertaining deck and watch the kids run around the spacious, fenced green yard - there's plenty of room for a game of backyard cricket or pop up soccer. Come evening, fire up the BBQ and enjoy alfresco dining and a few cheeky drinks on the deck.

The second living room offers great entertainment for relaxed days in with a pool table, TV with chrome cast, and a PlayStation with games, plus a stocked bookshelf and comfy lounges where you can curl up and enjoy a good read.

From your comfortable holiday house it's just an easy 10-minute walk to Narrawallee Beach, a stunning stretch of coastline loved by families for its length of soft sand that is perfect for games, sandcastles and running around, and the great playground and BBQ area. The long breaking waves are ideal for those just testing the waters in the surfing world, perhaps this could be the holiday you catch your first wave! It's also only 2km to popular Mollymook Beach.

In historic Milton, a short 4km drive away, you can wander the main street at leisure, checking out the architecture and stopping at quirky art galleries, designer boutiques, and cafes with tasty local wares. A 5.5km drive will take you to picturesque Ulladulla Harbour. Be sure to grab a delicious meal of freshly caught seafood at one of the cafes or restaurants, or you can source your own from the co-op and set up a scenic picnic overlooking the ocean.
